Furniture leather is manufactured specifically for upholstery and furniture purposes. A large part of our range consists of furniture leather. Furniture leather is divided into the following subcategories:

Aniline leather: This is an open-pored and natural leather. The surface of the leather is not buffed. This makes this item soft and cuddly. The original character and natural features are visible on the surface of the skin. However, it is not well-covered against dirt.

Semi-aniline leather: This is a full-grain leather. The surface is treated with a light layer of paint, making it more resistant to dirt-contamination. However, the natural character of the leather is retained.

Covered leather: Covered leather is usually buffed and then finished with an opaque layer of paint. In the final step, the leather is embossed. Due to the strong finish, these leathers are particularly resistant to dirt and easy to clean.
